Considering the great success of the WhatsApp and WeChat instant messaging apps we have decided to use them to open a new communication channel with our clients.
Now all of our customers with an active Helpdesk account can contact our Tech Support team from their mobile phone and send us their questions and photos with the use of these simple and straightforward social apps.
We invite all of our registered customers who wish to take advantage of this new form of assistance to contact us through our new MOBILE SUPPORT ACTIVATION Ticket.
You will need to send us your cell phone number complete with your international area code and a nickname to assign to it. Please specify which app you wish to be added to. When we have confirmed your presence in our Helpdesk system you will be added to our contact list and you will have access to this service.
Please note that this new means of communication has been implemented only for Tech Support issues.
All sales requests will be ignored and must be submitted through the regular routes on the Helpdesk.
