We are looking for a young and enthusiastic new technical-industrial graduate to join our Customer Care - Tech support department.
The resource will be in charge of managing requests and solving problems coming from our customers.
- Managing and guiding the user in the use of Magicmotorsport products;
- Resolution of any customer’s issues through different channels (email, ticket, chat, phone);
- Hardware repairs as needed

Industrial Technical or Professional Institute Diploma
Good knowledge of English language (mandatory)
