JOB DESCRIPTION

Description

We are looking for a young and enthusiastic new technical-industrial graduate to join our Customer Care - Tech support department.

The resource will be in charge of managing requests and solving problems coming from our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and guiding the user in the use of Magicmotorsport products;
  • Resolution of any customer’s issues through different channels (email, ticket, chat, phone);
  • Hardware repairs as needed

Qualifications

  • Industrial Technical or Professional Institute Diploma
  • Good knowledge of English language (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and computer science
  • Knowledge of the automotive market and systems used in the field
