Manage support tickets with the new Magic Helpdesk

A simpler way to access Magicmotorsport support

Magic Helpdesk is now integrated into Magic Center, making it easier to open, manage and track support requests.

From the platform, you can identify the support service you need, create a new ticket and monitor active requests directly from your account.

Your previous activity and ticket history will also remain available, giving you a complete overview of your interactions with Magicmotorsport support.

Direct access to the services linked to your account

Magic Center gives you direct access to the services and features available for your Magicmotorsport account.

You can find the service you need, use features associated with your products and submit new requests directly from the platform.

This creates a more immediate connection between your Magic account, your products and the services available for them.

New Master Panel for Flex Master users

Slave management and File Encryption in one environment

Magic Center also introduces a completely redesigned Master Panel for Flex Master users. The new Master Panel brings together the main tools for managing Master activities and the associated Flex Slave network. It also includes the new File Encryption system, now integrated directly into Magic Center.

Flex Master users can manage their Slave network and access File Encryption tools through the same interface, creating a simpler and more direct workflow for Master and Slave operations.

Magic Center also provides access to account services and payment-related operations associated with your Magicmotorsport products. Users can therefore manage more activities directly through their Magic account, with a more consistent experience across services, products and payments.

How to access the new Magic Center

A new Single Sign-On system for your Magic account

Magic Center introduces a new Single Sign-On (SSO) system, allowing users to access the platform and its services through one Magic identity.

The new authentication system provides a more unified login experience while introducing higher security standards across the digital services developed within the Magic Engineering ecosystem.

For security reasons, existing passwords will not be transferred to the new system. When accessing Magic Center for the first time, every user will therefore need to create a new password that meets the updated security requirements.

This procedure is required only once.

Magic Center will be available starting September 11, 2026.

At launch, the platform brings together key services and features used by Magicmotorsport customers. Over time, it will continue to evolve by integrating additional products, services and workflows from across the wider Magic Engineering ecosystem.

The goal is to build an increasingly connected digital environment that grows alongside customer needs and the evolution of Magic Engineering.
