Your role
As a Warehouse & Logistics Operations Specialist, you’ll join our Logistics department and take direct responsibility for day-to-day warehouse operations, contributing to the efficiency and organization of our logistics processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the full warehouse cycle (receiving, storage, handling)
- Prepare customer orders (picking & packing) and support daily warehouse operations
- Manage shipping documentation (delivery notes) through the ERP system
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct inventory counts, and perform quality control
- Organize warehouse space and optimize operational workflows
- Support the operational coordination of the warehouse team
Requirements and Technical Skills
- At least 7–8 years of experience in structured warehouse environments
- Excellent knowledge of logistics flows and operational dynamics
- Experience operating warehouse equipment
- Good familiarity with IT tools and management software
Soft skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle unexpected situations and work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team
