Your role
We are looking for an outstanding UI Designer to join our Design team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive and effective user interfaces, enhancing the digital experience of our products in the automotive sector.
You will report to our Senior UX Designer and collaborate with the development team, marketing, and product management to turn ideas and requirements into visually compelling solutions, ensuring consistency and usability in every detail.
You will be responsible for...
- Understand user experience requirements and translate them into functional interfaces and interaction models aligned with industry trends;
- Create designs that balance business requirements and user needs;
- Design all UI elements, from concepts to interactive prototypes;
- Test prototype interfaces and refine them based on collected feedback;
- Manage and implement a Design System;
- Apply Atomic Design principles with a strong focus on component accessibility;
You’ll be a great addition to our team if you have…
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio of related projects;
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or an equivalent field;
- Excellent proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, etc.;
- Knowledge of Accessible by Design principles and best practices for accessible interface design;
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop);
- Excellent command of Italian and English (written and spoken);
