OBD, OBD on Bench, and Boot

Version 7.42.0.0 of Flex out now introducing full support to Magneti Marelli 8GMC control units installed on American market Fiat 500 cars.

 

Program via the diagnostic port: read, make your modifications (like power increase) and write your file directly on the control unit.

 

If the vehicle is not available, you can work in OBD on Bench and program the ECU via connector.

 

In order to clone or recover the unit, you can operate in Bootloader, too, by opening the unit and connecting to the PCB.

 

Some of the supported vehicles:

  • Fiat 500 (312) 1.4L MultiAir 16v 102PS

  • Fiar 500 (312) 1.4L Fire 16v 102PS

This new protocol is available for the following software packages:

  • FLS0.1M – SW Flex ECU (car, van, bike) OBD/Bench Master

  • FLS0.1S – SW Flex ECU (car, van, bike) OBD/Bench Slave

  • FLS0.5M – SW Flex Full Master

  • FLS0.5S – SW Flex Full Slave

BOOT

  • FLS0.4M – SW Flex Boot Nexus MPC5xxx Master

  • FLS0.4S – SW Flex Boot Nexus MPC5xxx Slave

  • FLS0.5M – SW Flex Full Master

  • FLS0.5S – SW Flex Full Slave
