We are looking for a young and enthusiastic Tech Support Assistant to join our team.
In your role, your main goal will be to quickly and efficiently assist new and existing customers in using Magicmotorsport products via chat, phone, and ticket.
Responsibilities:
- Prompt identification and management of problems arising from the use of products/services via chat, ticket and email;
- Collaboration with the Testing and R&D departments;
- Participation in events and fairs;
- Leading training courses for clients;
Preferred skills:
- Prior experience in Customer Service
- Knowledge of Automotive Solutions
