Remapping ECU & TCU course, Warsaw – Poland

Magicmotorsport, in partnership with M.S. Group Ltd, official distributor in Poland, is organising a training course dedicated to StageX, the remapping software designed for the development of innovative solutions that includes numerous Mappacks.

Attend the course and get new skills and know-how in the automotive sector, specifically on vehicles’ modifications.

At the end of this ECU and TCU remapping course you will receive a certificate of participation.

Program Summary:

• Introduction to mechatronics and control systems for combustion engines
• Strategies for engine control by modifying airflow and fuel
• Overview of remapping and adaptation of engine control parameters
• Most common problems related to editing, misreading and miswriting of optimised files, and solutions
• StageX software – guide to use
• Areas of ECU calibration and overview of basic maps
• Techniques for modifying maps in order to increase engine power/torque (depending on the ECU group selected)
• Precise calibration of AFR/ʎ (no smoke strategy);
• Airflow/boost shaping and calculation techniques
• Control strategies via SOI
• Limiters and tuning of the final engine torque curve
• Integration with WinOLS
• Comparison of the operation of both environments during file processing
