Audits are exercised in accordance with the laws in force by a company registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors at the Ministry of Economy and Finance.\u00a0The mandate for the statutory audit has been conferred to KPMG S.p.A. for the three-year period running from 2020 to 2022 by the Shareholders’ Meeting that took place on 30\/07\/2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the year, the Audit Firm has the task of verifying:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 the consistent maintenance of company accounts and the correct reporting of movements in the accounting records;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 that the financial statements correspond to both the results of the accounting records and the subsequent periodical monitoring of the same that all comply with the laws in force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the execution of these activities, the Audit Firm will have access to information in the form of printed records and IT data as well as to the archives and assets of the Company and of the Companies of the Group.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
