{"id":17358,"date":"2025-05-18T13:48:44","date_gmt":"2025-05-18T11:48:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?page_id=17358"},"modified":"2025-05-18T14:47:29","modified_gmt":"2025-05-18T12:47:29","slug":"whistleblowing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.magicmotorsport.com\/en\/whistleblowing\/","title":{"rendered":"Whistleblowing"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-page\" data-elementor-id=\"17358\" class=\"elementor elementor-17358\" data-elementor-post-type=\"page\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d86a4f2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"d86a4f2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-603e045 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"603e045\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Whistleblowing<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e99efd7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7e99efd7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In implementation of Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, regarding the procedure of Whistleblowing, Magicmotorsport has adopted a &#8220;Procedure for Managing Reports,&#8221; which incorporates the contents of the Decree and the principles outlined by the company in its Policy on Managing Reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color\"><strong><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Informativa-generale-whistleblowing.pdf\">Download here the General Whistleblowing Information.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Whistleblowing Report may be submitted to Magicmotorsport by an individual, also referred to as the \u201cWhistleblower,\u201d who has or has had, in various capacities, an employment, collaboration, or more generally, a contractual relationship with Magicmotorsport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A Whistleblowing Report refers to any communication received by Magicmotorsport concerning:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Violations of the Code of Ethics adopted by Magicmotorsport, including:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violations of Law 231\/01<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violations of national or European Union laws and regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violations of authorities&#8217; orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violations of company procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violations of human rights, including any form of discrimination, harassment, or abuse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Behaviors that may cause harm or damage to Magicmotorsport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Maximum levels of security are guaranteed to the whistleblower, tailored to the chosen reporting channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The reporting system ensures that messages and their attachments can only be read by the designated recipient authorized to receive them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Access to reports is granted exclusively through a unique identification code obtained after registering the report on the Platform. This code allows the whistleblower to \u201ccommunicate\u201d with Magicmotorsport Srl while maintaining absolute anonymity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The platform does not allow the digital tracking of the whistleblower.Communications not treated as reports, regardless of how the whistleblower qualifies them, include, by way of example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complaints and grievances related to commercial activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints, disputes, claims, or requests tied to the whistleblower\u2019s personal interests that concern only their individual work relationships (e.g., labour disputes, interpersonal conflicts between the whistleblower and another employee or hierarchical supervisors).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communications regarding circumstances\/facts already known and previously addressed or subject to pending disputes (judicial, extrajudicial, or administrative) between Magicmotorsport Srl and employees or third parties, and overseen by the legal function and\/or other competent company functions, except in cases where significant new, adequately substantiated elements are presented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>News published in the media and communications publicly disseminated by external organizations, clearly unfounded information, as well as information acquired solely based on unreliable rumors or hearsay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Reports may be submitted electronically or orally, specifically via telephone lines, voice messaging systems or through a direct meeting &#8211; upon request of the reporter &#8211; scheduled within a reasonable timeframe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>To facilitate the receipt of reports and ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower\u2019s identity, Magicmotorsport Srl has implemented the following reporting channels:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/whistleblowing.magicmotorsport.com\">https:\/\/whistleblowing.magicmotorsport.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Magicmotorsport Srl handles reports and processes personal data in compliance with applicable legal provisions and in alignment with the regulations on personal data protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Persons authorized to receive reports and process related personal data are trained in accordance with Articles 29 of the GDPR and 2-quaterdecies of the current Privacy Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The communication of information necessary for the evaluation and handling of reports is permitted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strictly to the extent necessary, particularly:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only in cases where the knowledge of the information is indispensable for understanding the reported facts and\/or conducting related verification activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For reporting purposes, as regulated by internal policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Magicmotorsport Srl adopts specific technical and organizational security measures for the appropriate storage of processed data.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Whistleblowing In implementation of Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, regarding the procedure of Whistleblowing, Magicmotorsport has adopted a &#8220;Procedure for Managing Reports,&#8221; which incorporates the contents of the Decree and the principles outlined by the company in its Policy on Managing Reports.
