Magicmotorsport <\/b>is growing rapidly and has launched <\/span>Magicmotorsport Academy<\/b><\/a>, a training and technical support platform designed to meet the needs of automotive professionals and enthusiasts worldwide.<\/span><\/p>

We are looking to expand our <\/span>Academy <\/b>team by hiring two <\/span>Tech Support Interns<\/b> with a strong interest in the automotive sector and with a customer-oriented mindset. In this role, they will work alongside our Academy Team Leader, supporting training sessions and providing technical assistance to clients with automotive diagnostic and programming tools.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

You will provide remote support to customers for vehicle diagnostics, programming, and repair procedures<\/strong>, also handling informational calls to assess repair feasibility. You will assist customers via chat while identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services. You will manage and monitor repair cases and contribute to the creation and translation of technical manuals.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

  • Provide chat support, identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services;<\/span><\/li>
  • Manage and monitor repair cases, ensuring timely updates to customers;<\/span><\/li>

    • Technical diploma, degree, or final-year students in IT<\/strong>, electronics, or mechanics<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>
    • Interest in the automotive<\/strong> sector and electronic technologies<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>
    • Basic knowledge (also theoretical) of ECU programming and immobilizer systems<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>
    • Good familiarity with PC usage<\/strong> and software installation<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to\u00a0document processes and technical analysis<\/b>;<\/li>
    • Good command of English<\/strong> (minimum required: B2), excellent command of Italian<\/strong>;<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
