MAGICMOTORSPORT would like to announce its latest step towards a more complete Tech Support coverage of our worldwide client base.
Many of our clients outside of Europe have requested a Tech Support service that is compatible with their local time zones and so now we have decided to offer all our clients a 24hour round the clock Tech Support service for a limited time only.
This test will take place starting at midnight February 1st and will end on February 29th 2016. This 24h service will be available Monday through Friday and from 9,00 to 19,00 CET on Saturday and Sunday. Our goal is to analyze the data results of this test after its completion and decide if this type of Tech Support should continue in the future.
We would like to officially invite all MAGICMOTORSPORT customers and all tuning enthusiasts who would like more information about our company to take advantage of this one month trial period.
